Adam has been working with us for almost 5 years. My children always look forward to his fun and engaging lessons. His interactive and child-centred approach to teaching is fantastic. We could not recommend Adam enough! Mrs Manisa Vekaria

I would highly recommend Agata as a psychology tutor. She is currently teaching my son, who is in Year 12 and will be sitting the OCR exams. We tried finding an OCR tutor, which was not easy as this is not a commonly taught board. When we finally managed to find Agata, we were impressed not only at the fact that she is an OCR examiner but also at her delivery of lessons, which has given my son so much confidence and led him to get top marks in his assessments consistently. This has spurred him on to aim for an A star, which really is down to Agata. She goes through the content, linking other topics, which allows for re-revsiing of previous topics, with plenty of exam practice. In addition to this, Agata comes across as a very caring tutor. It is obvious she has a passion for teaching her subject, which is infectious. My son loves psychology, as he recently told me, it is his favourite A-Level! Mrs Awan

What an amazing tutor. She is flexible and knowledgeable and teaches almost everything. Hilary uses all formats for teaching and is absolutely amazing with all ages. She never shouts or gets cross if you don't understand what you are learning but explains everything til you get it in a way that suits the student. She has a wonderful sense of humour and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Hilary makes learning fun and always leaves you wanting to learn more. Friendly and approachable. An excellent choice for anyone wanting to learn. Qw
Bridgend

I cannot speak highly enough of Hilary. Her professionalism, knowledge, quality and quantity of care, compassion and enthusiasm are outstanding. She has been tutoring my daughter in math for two years, and not only has Hilary raised my daughter's ability to understand, apply and achieve, but she has also raised my daughter's confidence in a subject that was previously daunting, confusing and frustrating. Hilary's prices are fair, the quality of work she covers and delivers is precise for the individual, and when the student is ready, Hilary will sensitively nudge them in the right direction to achieve beyond what they thought was impossible. Hilary always goes above and beyond for her students. When you employ Hilary, you're not simply gaining an experienced, highly motivated tutor, you are also gaining a trusted friend who is always more than happy to go the extra mile to support her students and their families and to see them succeed. Location
Home Tuition: Involves a teacher coming to your home in Bridgend to provide one-on-one instruction. This offers convenience as you don't need to travel. Online Tuition: This can take place anywhere with an internet connection. Small Group Tuition: Typically with between 2 to 4 children, and often occurs in a physical location such as your home, though it can also be online.

Individual Attention
Home Tuition: Offers the highest level of individual attention, as the tutor focuses solely on one student. Online Tuition: Still allows for one-to-one attention, but it may be slightly less personal than home tuition due to potential distractions. Small Group Tuition: Offers less individual attention as the tutor must divide their time and attention among multiple students.

Cost
Home Tuition: This tends to be more expensive because it involves one-on-one teaching, and the tutor is required to travel to your home, in Bridgend. Online Tuition: Often more affordable than home tuition as your tutor does not need to travel but may still cost more than small group tuition. Small Group Tuition: Generally, this is the most cost-effective option, as the costs are shared among several families.

Flexibility
Home Tuition: Offers flexibility in terms of scheduling and curriculum, as your tutor will only be working with your child. Online Tuition: Provides flexibility in terms of location and may offer a wider selection of tutors. Small Group Tuition: Lessons will be more difficult to schedule as lesson times will have to fit in with other families.

Interaction
Home Tuition: Offers in-person interaction, which can be beneficial for students who learn better through face-to-face communication. Online Tuition: Provides interaction through video conferencing tools and chat, which can be engaging but may not suit everyone's learning style. Small Group Tuition: Allows for peer interaction, which can benefit collaborative learning and discussions.

The choice between home, online, or small group tuition in Bridgend depends on your preferences, budget, and the student's specific educational needs. Each option has advantages and disadvantages, so it's essential to consider these factors when deciding.
